This site is mostly static, so what it does with your information is short enough to state plainly. Last updated October 9, 2026.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. The contact form sends your name, email address and message to us by email, delivered through Resend, an email delivery service. The site does not keep a copy of what you submit. The form is protected by hCaptcha, which processes your IP address and browser signals to tell a person from a script.
What we don’t
There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking on this site, and it sets no cookies of its own; hCaptcha, on the contact page, may set its own. Like any web host, ours keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us only as long as it is useful for the conversation you started. If you become a client, the agreement you sign with O’Side Systems LLC governs the information you share under it. We do not sell your information, and we share it only with the services named on this page.
Your choices
Ask us to see or delete anything you have sent us, and we will. Use the contact form, or write to our official mailing address:
