Brett works directly with founders and engineering teams as a fractional CTO and technical partner. He focuses on helping teams move from something that works to something that lasts, through better architecture, clearer decision-making, and systems that evolve with growth.

She has over 25 years of experience in technology, with a background spanning consumer electronics, EdTech, and data systems management. She has worked for Fortune 500, mid-size companies, and public sector, supporting critical systems and operations at scale.
Her experience is grounded in the realities of day-to-day system reliability, user support, and operational continuity.
At O’Side Systems, Stephanie leads operations. She is responsible for client coordination, internal processes, and the structure that keeps engagements moving without friction. Her focus is to remove bottlenecks so technical work stays focused and execution remains predictable.
Her role allows O’Side Systems to operate as a principal-led firm with the consistency and reliability of a larger organization, without adding unnecessary layers.
